Our seasonal administrative postings are for temporary contract positions from January 2nd, 2019 to May 10th, 2019 in our Fergus office. Hours may fluctuate between part-time and full-time hours, including some Saturday mornings.

 Job Description

As a member of the RLB team, you will be working to provide administrative support to a variety of members within the firm and our clients. 

 Job Responsibilities include:

  • Reception coverage including greeting clients, answering phones, couriers, etc.
  • Printing and assembly of Personal Income Tax Returns
  • General filing
  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Some Microsoft Office experience considered an asset
  • Previous general clerical/administrative experience considered an asset
