Our seasonal administrative postings are for temporary contract positions during the months of March & April 2019, exclusively, in our Guelph office. Hours may fluctuate between part-time and full-time hours, including some Saturday mornings.

 Job Description

As a member of the RLB team, you will be working to provide administrative support to a variety of members within the firm and our clients. 

 Job Responsibilities include:

  • Printing of Personal Income Tax Returns
  • Assembly of Personal Income Tax Returns
  • Bringing files and returns to reception desk
  • General filing

 Required Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Some Microsoft Office experience considered an asset
  • Previous general clerical/administrative experience considered an asset
  • Comfortable lifting boxes and standing for an extended period of time
